Politicas de privacidad - Juego Blocki
Aplicación: Blocki
Desarrollador: Plutonia SpA (www.plutonia.cl)
Última actualización: 27 de agosto de 2026
No recibimos nada tuyo.

App: Blocki

1. Introduction
Plutonia SpA develops and publishes Blocki (the "App"), a block puzzle game.
Blocki asks you for no personal data, has no user accounts and has no server of its own. We do not know who you are, how much you play, or where you play from. We receive nothing from you.
What does happen, and the reason this document exists, is that the App shows Google AdMob ads and offers one in-app purchase. Those two services belong to Google and Apple, they have their own rules, and they do handle certain information. This policy explains exactly what.
2. What the App does
Blocki is a single-player game: you drag pieces onto a board and complete rows or columns to clear them. It has 700 levels, 400 fitting puzzles, a new puzzle every day and eight visual themes bought with gems earned by playing.
It works offline. There is no sign-up, no account to create, no email to give and no login of any kind.
3. Information we do NOT collect
We do not ask for, do not receive and do not store any of this:
- Name, surname, nickname or date of birth.
- Email address or phone number.
- Contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone or files on your device.
- Precise location (GPS).
- Payment data: no card number, no cardholder name, no address.
- Health, biometric, financial or browsing data.
We also use no cookies, no identifiers of our own, and we have no servers where we could store anything of yours. There is no database of Blocki players, neither ours nor anyone else's.
4. Information stored on your device
Your game is saved on the phone or tablet itself, in the App's private storage. It is exactly two things:
Your progress: level reached, stars earned in each level, gems, themes bought with gems, active theme, best score in endless mode, unlocked fitting levels, best times and which days you have solved the daily puzzle.
Your settings: language, music on or off and which track, sound effects, vibration, visible timer, reduced motion mode, themed worlds and whether you have bought "remove ads".
None of that identifies a person: they are numbers and preferences. The App does not send that information anywhere: there is no server to send it to.
Two points worth stating clearly:
- System backup. If your phone's backup is turned on (Google One on Android, iCloud on iPhone), the system may include Blocki's data in it, just as it does with your other apps. That backup is yours and belongs to your account, it goes to Google or Apple, and we have no access to it. Thanks to that, your game can follow you when you change phones. If you would rather it did not happen, turn off the backup for Blocki in your device settings.
- Uninstalling. When you uninstall the App, everything stored on the device disappears with it. The only thing that survives is the "remove ads" purchase, because it is not stored here but in your Google Play or App Store account: that is why you can restore it.
Inside the game, under Settings, there is a button to delete your progress whenever you want.
5. Advertising: Google AdMob
Blocki is free and is supported by Google AdMob advertising. It is the App's only ad network: there is no mediation and no other network.
Three types of ad are shown, and no others:
- App open ad: when you open the game, once, and only from the second level onwards.
- Interstitial ad: when you move up a level in the campaign. Never before level 5, at most one every two levels, and with more than a minute between one and the next. It never appears in the daily puzzle or in fitting mode.
- Rewarded video: always optional, and only if you press the button: to double the gems you earned, to keep playing after losing or to ask for a hint.
There are no banners on any screen.
To serve those ads, Google may process:
- Your device's advertising identifier (the Android advertising ID or the iOS IDFA).
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address. It is not your precise location and it does not use GPS.
- Technical information about the device and about your interaction with the ad (whether it was shown, whether you closed it, whether you tapped it).
We see none of that data, and we receive no copy of it. What Google does with it is governed by its own policy:
Your consent
The first time you open the game, and whenever the law of your country requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you will see Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You decide there.
If you say no, not a single ad is requested. The game works exactly the same, complete.
You can change your mind at any time: under Settings there is a privacy options button that opens that same form again. It appears wherever that form exists.
On iPhone and iPad: the tracking prompt
On iOS, the system will also ask you once whether you allow the App to use the advertising identifier to show you more relevant ads. This is Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
If you say no, you will still see ads, just not personalized, and the game works exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
6. In-app purchases
Blocki has one single purchase: "remove ads", a one-time payment that removes ads for good. Everything else in the in-game shop (the themes) is paid for with gems earned by playing, not with money.
The payment is processed entirely by Google Play (on Android) or Apple (on iPhone and iPad), using the account you already have on your device. The App has no payment screen, does not see your card, does not see your name and stores no receipt. The only thing it learns from the purchase is whether it has been made or not.
There is a restore purchases button in the in-game shop so you can recover it if you change device or reinstall.
7. Children
Blocki is suitable for all audiences, but it is not specifically directed at children under 13 and it does not knowingly collect information from children.
We expressly ask Google that the ads served in the game be rated G, that is, suitable for all audiences.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided any data through the App, write to us: since we collect nothing, most likely there is nothing to delete, but we will confirm it for you.
8. Security
The safest way to protect data is not to hold it. Blocki does not send your game to any server, so there is nowhere it could leak from.
All connections leaving the device are Google's (ads, consent) and the store's (purchases), and all of them are encrypted with HTTPS. The App blocks unencrypted traffic to the internet.
9. Device permissions
Android
The App requests these permissions, and only these:
| Permission | What for |
|---|---|
INTERNET |
Load the ads and talk to Google Play for the purchase. |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE |
Check whether there is a connection before requesting an ad. |
VIBRATE |
The short vibration when placing a piece and when completing a level. It can be turned off in Settings. |
AD_ID |
The advertising identifier used by AdMob. |
BILLING |
Offer the "remove ads" purchase through Google Play. |
Google's and Expo's libraries add some technical permissions of their own that give no access to information about you: WAKE_LOCK (keeps the screen from turning off while a video plays), MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS (adjusts the system audio mode, it does not record), FOREGROUND_SERVICE and the Android ad services permissions (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_*). React Native also declares a signature-level permission of its own (com.plutonia.blocki.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION) that is granted only to the app itself and gives access to nothing of yours.
There are five permissions the App deliberately blocks so that no library can slip them in: camera, microphone, external storage read and write, and drawing over other apps.
iPhone and iPad
The App does not request access to camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, health or notifications. The only system prompt you will see is the advertising tracking one described in section 5.
10. Changes to this policy
If the game changes and with it what is done with data, we will update this document and the date above. The current version will always be on this same page.

12. Acceptance
By downloading or using Blocki you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
